LATE FEE:

Rs.5/- per day up to the end of the month after the last date for payment. Late fee to be paid separately for Tuition Fee and VVN ie, a total of Rs.10/- per day. After 10 working days the name of the child will be removed from the roll for non payment of fees. The name of the child will be removed from the roll for non payment of fees. The name of the child to be restored only after charging late fees fine for both on Tuition fees and VVN plus re-admission fee of Rs.100/-.
 
EXEMPTIONS:
 
1. If more than one son of the same parent (including dependent brothers) is studying in class IX to XII of the Kendriya Vidyalaya, the son in the highest class shall pay full tuition fee and the others only half of the fee
 
2. Students belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled tribes shall be exempted from payment of tuition fee.
 
3. No tuition fee will be charged for the children of employees of K.Vs.
 
4. No tuition fee will be charged for the children of officers and men of the Armed Forces and Para Military Personnel killed or disabled during the hostilities of 1962,1965 and 1971.
 
Dress Code

BOYS

GIRLS

Classes I - VIII

White shirt with half sleeves and two pockets without flaps and tie collar (wearing of tie is not recommended). Navy blue shorts with 2 pockets.

White blouse with half sleeves and "V" neck. Plaits and red ribbon. Navy blue skirt.

Classes IX to XII

Shirts as above. Navy blue shorts with 2 pockets OR Navy blue pants with 2 pockets.

Navy blue turban for Sikhs. Belt - Blue & White striped belt with metal buckle bearing the school crest.

Navy blue skirt, white blouse, navy blue kameez with half sleeves and "V" neck. White pyjama OR Salwar and White dupatta.

All Classes

Black Shoes and laces and White socks without bands.

Belt with KVS emblem

Same as for Boys.

All Classes for P.T.

White P.T Shoes with white socks and White Shirts with white shorts.

White P.T Shoes with White socks and white blouses and skirt (divided).

 

SCOUTS AND GUIDES

1. Gray Shirts with shoulder straps with two flap patch pockets.

2. Navy blue Shorts/Full (half pant)

3. A blue baret cap/turban for Sikh/P.Cap

4. Web belt with Scout buckle. (Supplied by National Hqrs.)

5. Blue Scarf : Triangular (Isoceles) base 70 cm and 80 cm side with cream border and Woggle.

6. Badge and shoulder badge supplied by National Association.

7. Foot wear : Black shoes and black stockings.

 

GUIDES / BULBULS :

1. Deep sky blue Salwar, Lightblue kameez Flaps on shoulder, two Flap patch pockets, half sleeves, Deep sky blue dupatta..

2. Brown Leather belt supplied with buckle of Bharat Scouts and Guides

3. Maroon Scarf of isosceles Triangular base 70 cms and 80 cms  with cream border.

4. Badge and shoulder badge.

5. Foot wear : Black Shoes with white stockings.

6. Black ribbon. Bul-Buls : Same as for guides.
